This is gorgeous, I have bought five of them with different Alphabet, just brilliant for Christmas presents. Every one of them is different, the shape, the alphabet, very very speical, looks like hand made rather than from the factory machine, the only thing I wish is it will be better if it is slightly bigger (16oz). This is a bit small, I think it is 12oz.

The quirky wobbly nature of the design sounds cute but in reality looks a little bit like something has gone wrong with the manufacturing process. Also it is a very shallow mug.

Lovely mug ordered for my friends birthday. The first one arrived in the post broken and the customer services team were so incredibly helpful in getting a new one sent out straight away. Very pleased with the mug and the service I received.

I love these mugs but it took a few attempts to find ones that didn’t have minor flaws in the glaze/a hairline crack around the handles. Overall a beautiful design though and it was worth the perseverance to get these for when my friends and boyfriend come round. ♥️
I am loving this mug, it is the perfect size and I love using it at work, it looks super cute on my desk.
Perfect size for a coffee machine. Love the detail and colours.
